Candorem awarded 23 ADDYs

On Saturday night, members of Candorem attended the Madison Advertising Federation’s 51st annual ADDY Awards at the Monona Terrace in Wisconsin.

Some of our best work from 2018 competed against agencies from the Madison and Milwaukee areas of the state. Our work was recognized with 23 awards including our very first gold award. Gold award winners go on to compete with the best of the best from other states in the Midwest for the regional award show. The next step from there is the national award show pulling in the best work from all agencies in the United States.

For context, and some quick napkin math, we earned roughly 5% of all awards presented this year. Not too shabby for a small strategic interactive marketing agency based in small town Lake Mills, Wisconsin!

Although Candorem is traditionally a UX-focused web design and interactive agency we were able to sweep the Sales & Marketing Publication Design (Cover) category this year for our book cover design work with local horror author Brian Harmon, and the purchasing catalog cover shoot for local agriculture client Abendroth Hatchery.

Candorem also swept the Online/Interactive – Website Based App category for our work with Johnson Health Tech, a top five fitness equipment manufacturer in the world, for our work on their new health and fitness coaching app TREO.

As the founder of Candorem, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to our clients, partners, and friends. Your support and trust in our process has been instrumental in not only our success but, more importantly, our joint success in the projects we’ve launched together over the years.

Hayes Performance Systems, a global manufacturer of brakes, suspension systems, wheels and components, was in need of a website redesign that could not only fit their company’s main manufacturing site, but also their 6 additional brand markets. Disrupt Idea Co, Hayes’ agency of record, chose us to guide the strategy for the UX and design with this massive project.
