Work for Wisconsin-based companies Verlo Mattress and Race Day Events earn Small Two Person Agency American Advertising Award honors
Candorem, a small two person strategic web design and user experience company, competed against larger multi-million dollar agencies from Madison and Milwaukee for a coveted American Advertising Award recently, earning a total of five awards.
ADDYs were awarded to Candorem for their work in responsive website, business-to-consumer website, business-to-business website, user experience, and promotional video categories.
The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition.
Candorem was the only company to earn an award, A Silver ADDY, in the User Experience category this year; a focal point of their business.
“Providing world-class User Experience requires more than delivering an attractive design. It’s about clearly communicating a business’s value to their customers in a way that resonates with them.” said Joshua Garity, President and Founder of Candorem. “Every business has a defined set of core customers. Each of those customers have different needs. Different voices. Different personalities. We work closely with our clients to determine the best way to communicate their value to meet those individual needs in an easy to understand way. Everything is driven by your customer behavior and not generic market place trends. That’s not common practice for smaller web design companies.”
Three of their awards were earned for Wisconsin-based organizations. Two were for Verlo Mattress and one for Race Day Events. Race Day Events produces more than thirty running events including the Madison Marathon and Lake Mills Triathlon.
Since Candorem’s inception in 2010, they’ve had the privilege of providing marketing solutions for a wide range of Wisconsin-based organizations including American Family Insurance, Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin, Verlo Mattress, and Henry Vilas Zoo among others.
