We start each project with an agile discovery workshop organized around your project and intended outcomes. No two workshops are alike. We bring in key internal stakeholders, partners, or team members chat, have some beverages and split into two teams. Wait…teams?
Absolutely. Not only is it fun and engaging but it empowers everyone with the ability to share their own thoughts on customer touch points, lead generation, and requirements.
The goal: define all potential customer touch points, decision makers, and their motivations as they relate to your business model.
Step 2: Research & Competitive Analysis
Let’s take all of the great information from our workshop and get hyper-focused on your industry, competitors, and existing customer behavior as it relates to driving revenue. What works, what doesn’t, where are they coming from and what are the expectations of your individual prospective customers.
When appropriate, we’ll interview stakeholders, customers, and do in-depth user testing to define your value as it relates to your customers.

Step 3: Define Key Metrics for Success
Now that we’ve become hyper-focused on your industry and what makes you special, we’ll ask some difficult questions.
Together we will define your key metrics for success. If you want more hits on your website or more followers on Facebook or Twitter you’re probably talking with the wrong folks at this point. However, if you want to do great things like increase online revenue for a specific product line by 2.5% this year or decrease support center calls by 10% this quarter you’re in the right place.
